So unprofessionals!!
I’ve returned some items and even though I can see in the tracker that the parcel has been delivered in the warehouse on the 18th of June I haven’t yet received my refund. I’ve emailed customer service too many times (I lost count at this point) but I only get automatic replies saying ‘we are waiting for the right department to solve your issue’. What issue?! Everything was sent on time and shape! There is no way to contact them and it’s getting very frustrating as the return is worth more than £100!!

So so so unprofessional!! When my order arrived and I discovered that there was an item missing, I contacted their customer service right away. Sure, they replied within a day but I received no actual assistance at all. First they asked me to send a photo of the package. I mean okay, but I can’t take a photo of something that didn’t arrive!! Then their final “resolution” was that I check if the missing item fell down on the floor when I opened the box. Yeah that obviously haven’t crossed my mind at all…

I love Parfois!
I love Parfois and I’m so gutted there isn’t a UK store. I head there whenever I’m away where there is a store including the airport ones!
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. It’s a real shame.
I had to stop ordering online after brexit as they stopped shipping to the UK for a while. Things are sorted now although judging by the reviews, the returns process isn’t too easy. I haven’t had to use it so can’t comment.
I ordered a bag and a watch. Arrived in good time considering it’s from overseas. Good tracking info provided.
Everything I’ve ever ordered is good quality and the prices are really reasonable. Jewellery, bags, watches and shoes. Maybe I’ve just been lucky but until I have any problems, it remains one of my favourite shops…please open one in the UK!

Laughable Customer Service
I like their products but the shopping experience has been awful. First order came with one wrong item. Customer Service was unhelpful. They first provided incorrect info stating that my only option was a store return - I don't live close to a store - then when faced with their own return policy spiel - which DOES indeed include returns by postage - they didn't even offer to cover the return costs despite the fact the return was caused by their own mistake. Meanwhile the bag I had ordered and not received was out of stock. No option to be notified when something comes back in stock. So I asked if there was any chance it'd become available again and they said no. Went back today and there was the bag back in stock. Not reordering though sadly, very much put off by the experience

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers having checked the website initially which stated that you just needed to contact customer service in order to make a return. After deciding to return one pair of shoes, it was only then that I was informed that post-brexit they still didn’t have a returns solution in place. Absolutely ridiculous that they opened up purchasing and shipping to the U.K. without having a returns process in place. After several attempts to get a resolution I will now be disputing this through my bank.

I love the store but horrendous costumer service
I love the store.
I have been purchasing plenty of stuff from Parfois and I love it.
On the other hand, I struggling to return my itens and costumer service it has been awful, not helpful at all. It's been over a month and the only answer I can get from them is "you will receive return instructions from us soon".
For sure not buying again from Parfois, prefer to wait and buy in Portugal
So so disappointed.

I was a bit worried when reading the reviews, but ordering 4 pairs of earrings went very well. Delivered quickly and within website timelines, despite the December rush. Nicely packed with gift boxes. So I just ordered again. The prices are very competitive and the assortment is nice and had what I was looking for.

No returns policy post Brexit!
I ordered something in good faith but when I wanted to return it for a refund I realised there was no information/labels/bag etc available. I contacted Customer Service who said they were 'working on it'! My complaint is that this should be made clear to UK customers. I still have no way of returning the product or receiving a refund. It is now 1st December and I received the product on 2nd November!

30€ return fee for a 40€ package?!
I made an order to Hungary but the items didn't suit me (no problem with the quality, just doesn't right for me). I contacted the customer service to make a return, but they said to me I have to send back the items in Poland (ca.600 km away). I don't understand why, because they have shops in Hungary as well. I have to pay for the return and in this case it would be like 30€ because of the distance between the two countries. And it's only like a 40€ package in total. That's ridiculous!

IF ONLY I CAN PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. I ordered from there site on December 1 a pair of 2 shoes. And till now I didn't receive my parcel! I've emailed several times the customer service without providing me information!! Very very bad experience! And they won't even refund me! They didn't provide any tracking number! THEY ARE SCAMMERS be aware!
